🎟️ How to Find Your Tickets

Looking for your tickets? Start with our ticket lookup tool. It is usually the fastest way to find your order.

STEP 1: Use the 'Find My Tickets' tool


Use this first before contacting support.
 
 
You'll need:
  • the email address used at checkout
  • the last 4 digits of the credit card used at checkout

If we find tickets for that email address, you can:

  • add your tickets to your phone wallet
  • resend the ticket email
  • download your tickets
 

This is almost always faster than waiting for support.

 

 

STEP 2: Check your inbox

✅ Search your inbox for

  • "tickets@frontdoorplus.com"
  • "FrontDoor+"
  • "Tickets"

Some email providers sort messages into other folders.  If you use Gmail, also check:

  • Promotions
  • Social
  • Updates

✅ Check your spam or junk folder

If your ticket email landed in spam:

  • Mark it as "Not spam"
  • Move it back to your inbox
  • add tickets@frontdoorplus.com tp your safe senders list

✅ Check your Apple or Google Wallet

All FrontDoor+ events support Apple and Google Wallet.  If you clicked “Add to Wallet” during checkout, your ticket may already be saved on your phone.


 

❓ Still cannot find your tickets?

Please use the form below only if:

  • the 'Find My Tickets' tool did not find your tickets
  • you no longer have access to the email address used at checkout
  • you may have typed your email address incorrectly during checkout
  • you did not pay by credit card
